NESA Robotics’ UVD Robots made their second television appearance last week on Friday on BBC News. After appearing on ITV’s Heathrow: Britain’s Busiest Airports on the Wednesday, a news piece on the UVD Robots at Frimley Health NHS Trust aired on BBC London News and BBC South Today.
With NESA Robotics, Frimley Health NHS Trust deployed the robots into their two hospitals Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital.
The piece discusses how the UV-C Disinfection robot is working alongside the hospital’s cleaning and hospitality teams to thoroughly disinfect but also help with ward turnaround which has been a real benefit with the fluctuation of numbers of COVID-19 patients throughout the year.
The robot will continue to be used by the hospital to fight any infection as and when they occur.
Our UK based team have worked seamlessly alongside the staff at both Frimley and Wexham to ensure successful implementation and strong user adaption. As a result of this, we have received 100% satisfaction rate with 10/10 for service, delivery and personnel.
